3 Tips To Snap Out Of Your Funk

3 Tips To Snap that February Funk & Make Your March Comeback!

Are you suffering from a February Funk Hangover?

I know I am!

Seriously, although I had the best intentions of making January one for the record books, life stepped in and re-introduced me to an old nemesis named, The Flu. Dang that Flu got me!  Took me weeks to bounce back and feel "normal" again, which led up to February.

February was like a BLINK! Playing catch up, adding content to my Performing Artist Pathway online course, and still sledging through my days. What happened to my energy?

Alas, it's March. Spring is just around the corner (although the weather still feels chilly) and I'm ready to say enough with this funk! (c'mon Mercury)

Can you relate just a bit?  So, I decided to give myself a little pep talk, and I know you will appreciate it too!

These are my Top 3 Tips for Making Your March Comeback! (Can I get an Amen!)

Comment below and let me know if you're:

1. Ready to stop making excuses and take action for making positive change in your life!

2. Ready to get rid of the toxic habits, people and circumstances keeping you down!

3. Ready to make a healthy life change that includes getting well spiritually, physically and mentally!

“Stop Making Excuses! It’s not them, it’s you! Do something about it and take action to make things better for yourself.”
